1,System pressure is too high:
1.1,Higher than the upper limit of the pressure switch, the value of the high pressure pressure switch in the condenser is 2.6 to 3.2MPa;
1.2,Condenser fan if the speed is too low or does not turn, will lead to poor heat dissipation, need to replace the condensing fan;
1.3,Too much dust impurities on the surface of the condenser cooler, resulting in poor heat dissipation, clean the cooler;
1.4,Too much system refrigerant, when the ambient temperature is high, it is easy to lead to high pressure, release a little refrigerant;
1.5,high pressure part, the system does not seem smooth, check the pipe and various parts to exclude the blockage place.
2,High-pressure switch damage:
Cannot be closed under normal pressure;
Confirmation method: in the system refrigerant is sufficient, use a multimeter to directly measure the pressure switch two contacts to see if it is connected, such as no connection indicates that the pressure switch is damaged, need to be replaced;
3,Broken wire:
The high pressure pressure switch is intact, but the line connecting the high pressure switch has two wires with a broken circuit in the middle;
4,Controller damage:
The basis for judgement, in the system under normal pressure, from the controller directly after the plug to measure the low pressure switch line (generally blue and white line) and the black negative line to see if it can conduct, that the wiring harness and the pressure switch are normal, and here the pins are intact and in place, then the controller is damaged, replace the controller.
